SENCO
Our Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) play a pivotal role in ensuring that our students, as well as their parents and carers, receive comprehensive support and expert guidance. Our SENCOs are dedicated to identifying and addressing the unique educational needs of each student, working closely with families to develop individualised learning plans that promote academic and personal growth.
In addition to providing direct support, our SENCOs collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement effective teaching strategies and appropriate adjustments within the classroom. This collaborative approach ensures that students with special educational needs can thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
Furthermore, our SENCOs are valuable resources for parents and carers, offering advice, guidance and regular updates on their child's progress. These partnerships help create a cohesive support system that extends beyond the classroom, fostering a positive and supportive learning experience for every student.
